Rabbi Manny Haber

Rabbi Manny Haber is a dedicated Mechanech whose passion for Torah learning and student development has shaped every stage of his journey. Rabbi Haber spent two and a half formative years learning under Rabbi Shlomo Diamond in his Yeshiva, where he developed a strong foundation in rigorous לימוד התורה and refined his depth of understanding and clarity in learning. He then continued his growth with nine years in Beth Medrash Govoha, immersing himself in an environment of serious scholarship and personal development.
Upon returning to Brooklyn, Rabbi Haber joined the faculty of Yeshivat Shaare Torah Boys High School, where he taught for four years under the illustrious Rabbi Hillel Haber shlita. In the classroom, he became known for his clear instruction, genuine warmth, and unwavering commitment to each Talmid’s success. His approach combines high expectations with encouragement, fostering both academic growth and strong Middot.
Rabbi Haber has also been trained by Torah U'mesorah and the Simcha Institute, equipping him with tools to understand and nurture the “whole child”. With a deep appreciation for the social and emotional dimensions of Chinuch, he strives to create an environment where students feel seen, supported, and empowered. Through his blend of Torah scholarship, mentorship, and sensitivity, Rabbi Haber will continue to inspire the next generation to grow in learning, character, and connection to Torah.
Rabbi Rahamim Falack

Rabbi Rahamim Falack is a community renowned Mechanech with over two decades of experience dedicated to nurturing the next generation. Known for his warmth, sensitivity, and deep understanding of each talmid, Rabbi Falack possesses a unique ability to reach every single boy-building them up, instilling confidence, and helping each one recognize his inherent value.
Rabbi Falack engages personally with his talmidim, meeting each boy where he is and guiding him forward with patience and care. Through his genuine connection and unwavering belief in every child, he instills a deep love for Torah and a strong connection to Hashem, laying a foundation that transcends the classroom.
The indelible imprint of Rabbi Mordechai Maslaton zt”l, and Rabbi Chaim Weintraub zt”l along with the Roshei Yehshivot of the Yeshivot he attended, ignited Rabbi Falack’s passion for imparting Torah wisdom and shaping talmidim with depth and authenticity.
Rabbi Falack’s influence extends well beyond the school year, as he maintains meaningful relationships with his talmidim throughout the summer months, reinforcing the enduring bond of Rebbi and talmid. Deeply committed to preserving the cherished traditions of our illustrious community, and inspired by the legacy of Hacham Baruch Ben-Haim zt”l, Rabbi Falack is devoted to transmitting these timeless values to the next generation.
Rabbi Ezra Debbah

Rabbi Ezra Debbah brings a deep passion for chinuch and many years of experience in educating young children. For him teaching has always been more than a profession—it is viewed as a mission, with a strong commitment to connecting with students and giving them the support and confidence to excel in their learning and middot, along with a genuine love and appreciation of Torah and Mitzvot.
With over 16 years of experience in chinuch at Yeshivat Ohel Torah, including 15 years in the classroom and 5 years as an assistant Menahel, our Menahel has had the Zechut to learn under and work alongside highly respected mechanchim and school leaders. These years of mentorship have greatly shaped a thoughtful and caring approach to both teaching and leadership.
Rabbi Debbah believes strongly in nurturing each child as an individual and in creating a warm, supportive environment where they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to succeed with a particular emphasis on developing strong reading skills, building confidence, and fostering a genuine enjoyment of learning from a young age.
A cornerstone of this leadership philosophy is open communication and a strong partnership between home and school. Known for being warm, personable, and approachable, he looks forward to working closely with parents and staff to build a positive, caring, and growth-focused school community.
Mrs. Yael Bussu

Mrs. Yael Bussu is a highly respected Mechanechet and educational leader with over two decades devoted to Chinuch Habanot. Known for her warmth, intellectual depth, and compassionate insight, she has shaped generations of confident Bnot Yisrael, guiding them toward lives rooted in Torah, Yirat Shamayim, and genuine Simcha.
Deeply committed to meaningful and authentic Chinuch, Mrs. Bussu leads with a student-centered approach, always placing the individual needs of each talmida at the forefront. She fosters an environment that is healthy, wholesome, and thoughtful, addressing not only academic excellence, but also the social and emotional development essential for long-term success. Through this holistic lens, she thoughtfully prepares her students for the transition to high school and beyond.
In addition to her work with students, Mrs. Bussu has mentored teachers and principals with clarity, wisdom, and vision. She is widely sought-after as a consultant to educational leaders; many of whom are her former students, reflecting the lasting impact of her leadership and guidance.
Mrs. Esty Bookson
General Studies Principal
Mrs. Esty Bookson is a dedicated and accomplished General Studies principal with a strong record of academic leadership and instructional excellence. With extensive experience in school administration and General Studies education, Mrs. Bookson has consistently fostered high academic standards while cultivating a supportive and inspiring learning environment for both students and faculty.
Mrs. Bookson believes that education thrives where curiosity and compassion meet. Known for building genuine connections with students, Mrs. Bookson encourages creativity, critical thinking and confidence in communication- skills that extend far beyond the classroom. She is passionate about nurturing school culture rooted in respect, collaboration and a shared love of learning.
Certified and licensed across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade, Mrs. Bookson holds advanced degrees in both Education and Psychology. She brings a deep understanding of curriculum development, faculty mentoring and data-driven academic growth. Her expertise includes differentiated instruction, literacy advancement strategies and comprehensive program oversight. Her mission is to uphold academic excellence, inspire educational innovation and ensure that every student experiences success.

As Preschool Director, Mrs. Mindy Weiss utilizes her extensive training as a School Psychologist to enrich her leadership and vision. With her Masters in Education and an Advanced Degree in School Psychology, this dual role provides her with the unique ability to combine her professional expertise with her trademark warmth and approachability. Her authentic blend of compassion and decades of experience in Early Childhood Development instills trust in faculty, parents, and students alike. Under Mrs. Weiss' compassionate and skilled leadership, children thrive emotionally and intellectually in a nurturing, supportive environment.

Toddler Director
With over 20 years of experience working with young children, including more than a decade devoted to Toddler Twos, our Toddler Program Director brings warmth, care, and dedication to her role. Mrs. Shamah places a strong emphasis on safety and emotional security, recognizing that these early years are a critical time of growth, when children are constantly learning and absorbing the world around them. She thoughtfully provides many opportunities for exploration and development, nurturing each child at their own pace. Through close partnership with families, her program also instills a love for Hashem and mitzvot from a young age, laying a meaningful foundation for future growth. Mrs. Shamah is excited to bring her experience, passion, and heart for Chinuch to Yeshivat Osher Hatorah.
